In May 22, 2020, the Ministry of trade of Turkey issued Notice No. 2020/8 on synthetic and synthetic staple yarns and sewing threads originating in China, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand and Vietnam (Turkish: sentetik veyasunidevams Z liflerden). Iplikler) to make the anti-dumping final review of the sunset, and decide to continue to impose anti-dumping duties on the enterprises involved in the above mentioned countries, as follows: Chinese enterprises Nantong A-ZTextile Co., Ltd. is 0.49 USD / kg, other Chinese enterprises are 0.80 USD / kg, India enterprises are 0.29 to 0.39 USD / kg, and Indonesia enterprises are 0.23 to 0.40 USD / kg; Malaysia enterprises are 11.26 to 18.32%; Pakistan enterprises are 6.62 to 12.18%; Thailand enterprises are 7.79 to 20.24%; and Vietnamese enterprises are 19.48 to 26.25%. The Turkey tax code for products involved is 55.08 and 55.09 (5509.52, 5509.61 and 5509.91), 55.10 (5510.20) and 55.11 respectively.

In January 11, 2008, Turkey launched an investigation into anti-dumping investigations of man-made and synthetic short yarn yarns and sewing thread originating in China, Indonesia and India. In January 12, 2009, Turkey began to impose anti-dumping duties on products involving China, Indonesia and India. In January 10, 2014, Turkey initiated the first anti-dumping investigation of the 3 countries involved in the case. In April 17, 2015, the Ministry of economic affairs of Turkey issued the Announcement No. 2015/8, making the first anti-dumping sunset review final for products involving China, Indonesia and India.

In October 18, 2012, Turkey launched an investigation into anti-dumping investigations of synthetic and synthetic short yarn yarns and sewing thread originating in Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand and Vietnam. In April 8, 2014, the Ministry of economic affairs of Turkey issued Notice No. 2014/2, and began to impose anti-dumping duties on products involving Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand and Vietnam.

In December 31, 2018, the Ministry of trade of Turkey issued Notice No. 2019/2 to initiate a sunset investigation of artificial and synthetic short staple yarns and sewing threads originating in China, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, Pakistan, Thailand and Vietnam. In July 6, 2019, the Ministry of trade of Turkey issued Notice No. 2019/21 to revoke the sunset review of Indonesian enterprises' PT ElegantTextileIndustry and PT Sunrise BumiTextiles.
