Zhu Hongren: In The First Half Of The YearFour Aspects Of Macroeconomic Operation Deserve Our Attention.

Zhu Hongren, member of the Party committee, chief engineer and spokesman of the Ministry of industry and information technology, held a press conference in the first half of 2011 on the operation of the national industrial communication industry. He said that in the first half of the year, the macroeconomic fundamentals remained good in the second half of the year, and some unbalanced, uncoordinated and unsustainable problems in the economic operation were reflected in many aspects.

Zhu Hongren said that in the first half of the year, the macroeconomic fundamentals remained good in the second half of the year.

But some of the economy is running.

Out-off-balance

The problem of uncoordinated and unsustainable development is reflected in many aspects. It is manifested in four aspects in the industrial field.

First, the internal and external pressures of business operations are increasing, including the rising cost of some factor costs and the erosion of profits of some enterprises, which has become more prominent in some industries and enterprises.

For example, in some industries upstream industries, such as mining and mining, the profits are relatively high, while downstream processing and rolling industries are relatively low in profits.

In the first half of the year, the changes in profit margins and losses of enterprises in the above scale industries were not large, but the deficit of loss making enterprises increased rapidly, from 22% in 1-2 to 40% in 1-5 months. This shows that the profit margins of good enterprises are growing. The profit growth mentioned earlier is 27.9% above that of the best industrial enterprises in scale.

Second, small and micro

Enterprise difficulties

More prominent.

After the release of the new SME standardization standard, there is still a lack of detailed statistical data. According to the investigation, the enterprises without brands, labor-intensive enterprises and foreign enterprises that rely mainly on foreign markets in this part of the small and micro enterprises are more difficult to produce and operate. In the second half of this year, more attention should be paid to the difficulties encountered by these enterprises.

Third, the situation of energy conservation and emission reduction is not optimistic.

In the first half of this year, the growth of heavy industry was relatively fast. The growth rate of electricity consumption in the whole society reached 12%, which exceeded the growth rate of GDP.

Under such circumstances, it is still necessary to make greater efforts to fulfill the task of energy saving and emission reduction throughout the year.

Fourth,

Structural adjustment

It is more difficult.

Of the 18 industries that have eliminated backward production capacity this year, there are 10 industries with a larger target than last year. To accomplish these tasks, they face greater difficulties and pressures in terms of resettlement and debt disposal.

On the whole, the industrial economy in the second half of the year will still be in a stable growth range, but we must make greater efforts to complete the objectives and tasks of the whole year.

If "fifteen" is the most important period for China's textile and garment industry to be an opportunity for development, the comparative advantage of the industry has been fully released, and the embryonic form of China's textile and garment giants has emerged.
