It put forward "to focus on the development of high performance industrial textiles, study the industrialization technology of airbag's fiber, fabric and products processing, realize large-scale production, and use the high performance fibers such as aramid, polyamide fiber, high-strength polyethylene, etc. to develop life-saving, fire fighting, anti bullet bullet proof, anti biochemical and other rope and clothing products."
