Outdoor Products Industry Tends To Fine Develop Brand Shuffle

But it is worth noting that the relevant data show that the outdoor retail market growth rate has been less than 30% for three consecutive years, which is 30% and even 50% growth rate in previous years.
In Li Changfa's view, there are several factors that lead to the slowdown of the industry growth: first, the downward trend of the economy leads to a decline in consumption and a decline in consumer confidence; the two is the change in consumer behavior, the adjustment of physical channels, the negative growth of SMEs, the phenomenon of closing stores; and three, the intensification of industry competition, the serious homogenization of products, and the decline in product paction prices of different channels.
In addition, rent and labor costs have increased, and some brands have been unable to withdraw from the market. The reduction of group buying has slowed down the growth rate of industries to varying degrees.
Brand shuffle business to become the main channel of sales
In view of the decline in profits of nearly half of the enterprises, Li Changfa explained that the increase in costs has made the burden on the enterprises heavier, but the bad inventory in the outdoor products market has been effectively controlled.
According to statistics, 15.23% of the brand stocks had a significant decrease compared with the same period last year, and 63.77% of the brand stock level was unchanged from last year. Only 21% of the brand stocks increased slightly compared with last year.
Domestic brands shipped 6 billion 530 million yuan, an increase of 14.36% over the same period, while foreign brands shipped 5 billion 780 million yuan, an increase of 9.89% over the same period last year.
He also pointed out that the vigorous development of sports has brought new growth points to outdoor equipment and outdoor industries, such as skiing, riding and camping.
It is reported that China has 20 million riding cycles and 1700 built camps, all of which will promote the sale of outdoor sports equipment.
