Three, personal image: the more jobs with more external affairs, the more attention should be paid to personal image when choosing a person.

In China, the failure of negotiation often has much to do with it.

The image is not as good as it can be to prevent damage, and technology is relatively appropriate.

The image here refers to the comprehensive image of a person.

Speaking of white dots is appearance.

Four, the intensity of work: do not over share the task, because no one is perfect.

Letting them work too much will cost more, not less.

As the saying goes, it increases the cost of managing him, and the cost of managing his people will be greater.

Too tired, no one can stand it!

Five, the ability to create value: profitability.

It includes two meanings: first, the profit brought by management, and the two is the profit brought by management.

Business and management should be easier to separate.

If these two abilities are very strong, they can be the candidates of the general manager.

Six, cost: ask for his cost (price) and his personal cost of living.

The relationship should be analyzed, otherwise it will have adverse effects on enterprises.

Although these six aspects are some small views on entrepreneurship in China, although they are incomplete, they should still have some effect.

Especially in those enterprises with many deputy general managers.
